The Catalog feature that is present on WhatsApp Business will make it easier for prospective buyers to browse the product gallery in the chat application itself without having to switch to another application.
How to Make a Product Catalog Photo on WhatsApp Business
- First, you can open the WhatsApp Business application.
- After the application opens, you can access the menu Settings.
- On that page, you can choose a menu Business Settings.
- Next, you can choose a menu Catalog  which is now available
- Then you can enter up to 500 complete photos with product or service names, links, prices, product or service codes, and descriptions
- Save catalog when complete.
With the photos included in the Catalog menu, other users will be easier to see the products or services that you sell without having to move pages or applications.
You can also send photos on the Catalog page to other users by selecting the desired photo and then pressing the “Send Message to Business“Bearing the arrow.
