How to Uninstall iTunes on Mac

Step 1. Open Applications folder to uninstall iTunes on Mac

Step 2. Right-click on the iTunes.app file and choose Get Info

Step 3. Click on the icon of padlock and enter your Admin password

Step 4. Expand the Sharing & Permission option and set it to Everyone to Read & Write

Step 5. Close the window and drag the iTunes icon to the trash

Step 6. Empty the trash

Step 7. Open spotlight and type Activity Monitor; launch the app

Step 8. Go to Library > Preferences and remove files with com.apple.itunes
