How to Transfer Files Between your Computer & Android Device
Step 1: If you want to share files between PC and Android then first connect your Android handset with your PC through a USB data cable. After connecting it, search an option in your phone named in the Settings zone as OTG.
Step 2: The OTG feature in any Android phone provides a facility to transfer file between PC and Android device. So, you need to swipe and turn it on to move further.
Note: If this feature is not available on your device, then need not to worry, simply connect your device with your System and if any pop appears on your device then simply allow it.
Step 3: In the next step after turning on the OTG option, you will see your phone is connected with your computer as shown below in the picture. Just click on the device for the next step.
Step 4: After you click on the device, find out the location of the file which you want to transfer.
Step 5: Next, select the file which you want to transfer and right-click on that. After clicking you will find a new window with the options Cut and Copy. You need to choose any of the options according to your preference.
Step 6: After choosing the option, go back to the main page and open the system drive where you want to locate the file.
Step 7: In the next step after choosing the drive, right-click on the screen which will show you a new drop-down menu.
In the menu, you need to click on the paste to complete the process of file transfer between PC and Android. You can apply the same steps if you want to transfer files from PC to your Android handset.
