How to Set Up iMessage on Mac

Step 1. Make sure the iPhone and Mac are connected to the same apple id. To get messages on mac go to iPhone settings.

Step 2. Scroll down to messages.

Step 3. Click on “ Text Messages Forwarding”. It will show the devices connected with the same apple id.

Step 4. Switch on the Macbook air button which was be default off.

Step 5. Now you can receive text messages on mac from your iPh1. If the phone number is same but name is different then also message will show on the MAC.
