Google Drive allows us to send files without any compression and without a size limit, more than the capacity limit that you have in your Drive rate. As we have said, with the free version you get 15GB, which is not bad. It is a way of being able to send it easily to any user. To do it is very simple, but attentive or attentive that you do not miss any step.

E-mail is a means to deliver messages, documents, photos, files and more very quickly to many people in various countries. Even email itself has become a supporter of daily work to exchange important documents between companies. Unfortunately, the capacity of sending emails is also limited, where Gmail can only send documents with a maximum size of 25 MB and Live or Outlook limits the capacity of documents to 30 MB for one email.

If you are forced to send a file with a capacity that exceeds the terms of service, then you must first split it. Seeing this impracticality, Google presents sending files via Google Drive.

For the record, only the intended email address can open files from Google Drive. In other words, if your email is not registered as a recipient, Google Drive will invite you to ask permission to the sender. Below is the another way.

Share a file via Google Drive

The first thing we will do is open Google Drive. Once opened at the bottom left, we will see a button with a «+» symbol. If we click there, we can upload a file or create a folder (in addition to other options such as creating a text document, a spreadsheet or a presentation).

In this case, we will create a folder to have it more organized, but you can directly upload a file. Inside the folder, we do the same, press the “+” button and now yes, Upload. The phone’s file explorer will open, and we will look for the file that we want to upload.

We can also do this by sharing the file from other apps. For example, in a photo in the gallery, select  Share and choose Google Drive. You will find the option from any application.

Now once uploaded, we can share a folder, a single file within a folder, a folder within a folder, etc as we want. We will only have to press the button of the three points that we will find next to the name of the file or folder in the lower right part of the icon.

Now a new page will open where we will write the email with which we want to share it; you can write several at once. This will be mailed to the person with a link, so if we want, we can write a message to send to the person along with the link to access the folder.

Press send (in the upper right) and it is already sent. The person can already access the files from their Drive or email at any time as long as you do not delete it from the folder or stop sharing it.

It’s that easy to share files on Drive.
