How to Move a Table in Google Docs
Step by step guide to move a table in google docs is as follows:
Step 1. First, navigate to Google Docs.
Step 2. There you open the doc from which you need to make google docs move table.
Step 3. In the file, put your cursor before the table.
Step 4. Then if you are using the laptop press and hold the mouse pad at the down left corner and drag the cursor all over that table.
Step 5. In this way, you will have selected the entire table on the doc,and your table will highlight in blue color. As shown in the image below:
Step 6. Further, either click on the Edit menu tab available on the toolbar or simply use the keyboard shortcut by pressing CTRL+X button. Check the below image:
Step 7. It will remove the table from the present location in the doc.
Step 8. Now take the cursor to the area where you want to move that table.
Step 9. There you click the Paste option either from the Edit menu tab or by pressing CTRL+P. As shown in the below image:
Step 10. That’s it you have successfully moved the table to the new place.
