Follow the below-given steps to know how to enable and disable touchscreen in Windows 10:
Step 1. To fix your touchscreen in Windows 10, right-click on “Windows logo”. Here you will see a list of “Management Tools.”

Click on the search bar, located on the right side of “Windows-x Logo” and type “Device Manager.”
Step 2. Select “Device Manager” to enter the settings
Step 3. You will be navigated to a long list of options. Click on the down arrow with “Human Interface Devices,” located below “DVD/CD-ROM Devices.”
Step 4. Again you will have a long list of options. Here you need to “Right Click” on “HID-compliant touch screen.”
Step 5. Now, you will see a “Drop Down Menu” where you need to click on “Disable”
Step 6. A pop-up notification, informing that “Disabling this device will cause it to stop functioning” will appear. Here, click on “Yes.” And your touchscreen will be disabled on your Windows 10.
Step 7. To enable the “Windows 10 touch screen,” just right click on “HID-compliant touch screen
Step 8. You will again see a “Drop Down Menu” where you need to click on “Enable.” Choosing this will help in Win10 enable touch screen.
Now, you can use the only mouse, but no touch screen on your Windows 10.
