How to Delete Lyft Account

 

Using your mobile device:

Step 1. Locate and click the Lyft app on your mobile device.

Step 2. Click on the “Menu” icon on the top-left corner of the main screen.

Step 3. Click on “Help” from the menu dialogue box.

Step 4. In the next screen click on “Help Articles”

Step 5. It will take you to the internet browser on your mobile device. There after click “Contact Support” on the same page.

Step 6. In the next page under the section “what do you need help with?”, choose and tap on “I am a passenger”.

Step 7. There after choose “profile and account settings”

Step 8. Click on “Delete my account”.

Step 9. Under “Subject”, write down the subject, and mention the reason of deletion of account under the “Description” head. In the last section check the box beside “I am not a robot”

Step 10. A Pop-box will appear, answer the questions asked and click on “Verify”

Step 11. Once it is verified, tap on “Submit” to delete your Lyft account.
