How to Create a Calendar in Google Docs
Let’s learn how to make a calendar in google docs.
Step 1. First, go to Google Docs and open a new blank doc.
Step 2. Give the name to your doc at the top left corner to save it. As shown in the below image:
Step 3. Afterward, write the name of the first month and hit the Enter key.
Step 4. Then below the month’s name, you have to insert the table for which go to the Insert option on the toolbar.
Step 5. It will open a drop-down menu box from where you hover on the Table option. Check the steps in the below image:
Step 6. Then it will present you an option of selecting rows and columns for your calendar table. So, you choose7rowsand 6columns.
Step 7. Once selected tap on it and you will get the table on the page to create a calendar google docs. Check the below image:
Step 8. Further, you have to add 7 days of the week at the top column and numbers underneath which will work as the dates of the month.
Note: Make sure to fill dates as per the calendar of that particular month.
Step 9. Now you can customize your calendar table as per your desire by changing font style or size. Also, you can bold, underline or change the color of a particular date as a reminder for the important dates or any deadlines. Check the below template:
Note: You can also adjust the length and width of the table cells by stretching in between the border lines if space is less to fill the required info.
Step 10. Lastly, repeat the above procedure for the other 11 months to complete your calendar for the whole year.
