How to Change Skype Profile Picture On your Computer

Step 1. Launch the Skype application and log in with your account.

Step 2. Click on the circle next to your welcome page, to update your profile picture.

Step 3. You will be taken to a windows explorer to choose the image for updating the profile picture. Enter the pathname in the address bar and choose the picture.

Step 4. After clicking the picture, click on “open” to upload the image.

Step 5. Soon, you can see that your profile picture has been changed.

How to Change Skype Profile Picture on your Android Device

Step 1. Launch the Skype app on your phone, the icon is blue in colour with the letter “S”

Step 2. On the home screen, click on the profile picture as shown below”

Step 3. Like other Communication apps, Skype has the option to click and add an image as your profile picture as well through the pictures gallery on your device. Click on the Shutter icon to click an image, and use it as the profile picture or go to the gallery and choose the album which has the picture you want to upload.

Step 4. Choose the picture and adjust it according to your preference. You can also edit the picture by adding texts, smileys or emoticons or any other image as shown in the menu on the top right. Click on the check symbol once you are done with choosing the picture and editing it.

Step 5. Exit the app and relaunch again. You can see the new uploaded and changed the image as your profile picture.
