How to Block Text Messages on an iPhone
Step 1. Unlock your iPhone and open the Messaging application. The green-coloured icon should be in the taskbar by default. Click on it.
Step 2. In the list of conversations that you see, find the message you want to block. Tap on it.
Step 3. At the top of the conversation, you will see information about the contact. Click on the contact.
Step 4. A drop-down menu will appear giving you three options. From these three, click on the ‘i’ icon which has ‘info’ written under it.
Step 5. On the next screen, you will see some sending options about the contact. Ignore them and click on the ‘>’ button to go to the next page.
Step 7. Your iPhone will want a confirmation about your choice. Select on ‘Block’, here. Completing this process will stop all messages from the blocked contact in the future.
