How to Cancel Pandora Subscription

Case 1: Cancel Pandora Subscription on iPhone or iPad

Step 1. Open iTunes app on your iPhone or iPad and scroll down to the bottom of the screen.

Step 2. Click on “Apple ID” and then select “View Apple ID”.You shall ask to enter your Apple ID and Password. Enter the same or you can also authorize it with your Touch ID.

Step 3. Go to the “Subscriptions” button and locate Pandora.

Step 4. Tap “Pandora” and you will see an option “Cancel Subscription”, select it. You will be asked for confirmation and a pop-up will appear. Please find the screenshots below:

Step 5. Click “Confirm” and your Pandora Subscription gets cancelled.

Case 2: Cancel Pandora on the Web

Step 1. Go to Pandora by typing www.pandora.com on your web browser.

Step 2. Sign in to your account entering your ID and password.

Step 3. On the top corner of the page, you will see your profile picture. Click on the same and the below screen will appear.

Step 4. Select “Settings” from the menu.

Step 5. Click on “Subscription” and you will get an option to cancel it.

Step 6. Tap “Cancel Subscription” and save the changes. Enter the password in case you are prompted to do so.
